FM is a valuable local resource for employers and community organizations. The Business and Community Partnerships Team can assist you with training of existing employees to advance the skills of your workforce, with both credit and non-credit coursework. We can post your job openings and reach out to both current students and Alumni. Our staff can help you to develop an internship site for FM students in various majors, where qualified students learn valuable hands-on experience under your supervision and training. FM also provides no-cost meetings spaces for employers to gather. We assist employers with designing a continuous training path linking non-credit programs and degree and certificate programs. The Business and Community Partnerships Team plays a major role in workforce-development initiatives as an integral part of local economic development efforts.
