May 2nd – The History of Cannabis – Past to Present. Seminar covers key legislation and critical points of interest as it related to federal prohibition. Social Justice surrounding cannabis prohibition will also be discussed.
May 9th – Understanding Cannabis and Cannabinoids. Seminar covers Hemp vs. Marijuana, Major vs. Minor Cannabinoids, Isomers and Conversions, and Isolates vs. Compounds, the full spectrum.
May 16th – Introduction to Cannabis Policy in New York State; Medical vs. Recreational Use, NYS Conditional License Programs, State Legal Business Challenges, MRTA and upcoming licenses.
May 30th – Understanding the various NYS Cannabis License Types. Seminar will discuss types of licenses, common pitfalls to avoid, and basic opportunities within each license type.
June 6th – Understand the Cannabis Flower. Seminar will discuss cannabinoids and how/why they are produced, male/female cannabinoid differences, and different methods of trichome separation. Does potency really matter?
Seminars are Open to the Public and FREE, but seating is limited and registration is required.
