Get Involved on Campus – Join FMCC’s Student Senate Association!
Members of the FMCC Student Senate are comprised of one elected member (senator) from each active club on campus. Students elected to the officer positions continue to represent their club. All senators, including officers, shall have one vote for any item before the FMCC Student Senate.
If you are looking for a leadership position on campus this fall, please consider one of the following officer positions; Club Senator, Student Trustee, FMCC Senate Student Rep, Student Senate Chair, Student Senate Vice Chair, Student Senate Treasurer, or Student Senate Secretary.
All members of the FMCC Student Senate Association must maintain at least a 2.5 GPA in order to serve in their elected positions. After reading this, if you are interested in hearing more about these opportunities, please attend the first Student Senate Association meeting.
All FMCC Student Senate meetings will be held in the Large Lounge (U104) Room in the Student Union Building. (The Student Union Building is at the front of the campus and also houses our Raider Trader College Store.) Please note that it is required that all club and organization senate representative(s) are required at these meetings. In addition, these meetings are open to all of the campus community. Looking forward to seeing you!
