FM-Dorm-Tour2FM offers on-campus housing providing students with a living and learning environment that is focused on student success.  Fulton and Montgomery Halls are suite style rooms accommodating 4 students per suite.  Each suite has a large living/dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.  The suite is furnished with a futon, two chairs, coffee table and kitchen table.  The bedrooms are furnished with beds, dressers and student desks.

Raider Hall, the newest housing facility on campus, also features a four student suite.  It provides students with the option of selecting a single room or a double room.  Two single rooms and one double room per suite.  There is a large living room and a bathroom within the suite.  Raider Hall suites are furnished with living room furniture and each bedroom has a bed and desk for each student occupying the suite.   All student housing features amenities such as high-speed internet and on-site laundry facilities.

In addition to these amenities, campus housing is a safe place to live.  A full-time Residential Life Director is on staff to address any issues that may arise.  Each floor is assigned a Resident Assistant (RA) to oversee student activities and assist students as needed.  Security personnel are on site as well.

Housing cost for 2020-2021 is $4,100 for a double room and $4,600 for a single room per semester.  Living within walking distance of the campus makes getting to class that much easier.  All first year, full-time students who reside outside a commutable distance from the college are required to reside on campus and participate in the meal plan for their first full year.  Residential housing is limited and offered on a first come, first serve basis.
