Financial Aid websites

The list of websites below will help you navigate the financial aid process:

FAFSA on the Web:  File your Free Application for Federal Student Aid and/or make any necessary corrections to an application.  (FM’s school codes is 002867)

FAFSA4caster:  Instead of waiting until your senior year to find out your eligibility for federal student aid, you can use FAFSA4caster to estimate your eligibility early, which will give you better insight when making college choices.

FSA ID:  An FSA ID gives you access to Federal Student Aid online systems and can serve as your legal signature.

Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC):  Complete your TAP application, view your TAP status, change a school code, or update an address. (FM’s school code 2240)

US Department of Education Federal Student Aid:  Find general information of federal student aid.

Studentloans.gov:  Students and parents can explore the site for information about the Direct Loan Program, including helpful publications and tools to help manage their Direct Loans

Smartmoney.fmcc.edu:  This site serves as a resource for Financial Literacy training and education, as well as for those individual users who wish to learn about being financially independent.
