Accounting Clerk
Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.
(Craft) Brewery Management
The brewery manager is responsible for overseeing all brewery operations. Operations include production, packaging, maintenance, and quality control as well as profit and loss control. The Brewery Manager will also have the ability to motivate and manage staff. Computer competence using programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and proficient verbal and written communications skills are necessary. A Brewery Manager should have a passion for beer making and developing new beers.
Cultivation Technician
Perform duties relating to the tending of plants including watering, potting, training, and movement of plant materials. Students will be able to apply irrigation and fertilization to plants.
Input data and maintain records in computer programs. Familiar with construction and facilities management. Students will develop their communication skills both written and orally to communicate effectively with management, team members and outside the organization.*

Customer Service Representative
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Dental Assistant
Assist dentist, set up patient and equipment, and keep records.
Dispatcher
Perform duties relating to the answering emergency and non-emergency calls. The dispatcher determines the time of emergency, the location and decide on the appropriate responses. Detailed record keeping is important using computer programs such as MS Office. Students will develop their communication skills to instruct the caller on what to do before the responders arrive. Training in medical help is important. Dispatchers must pass a typing test.
Dispensary Manager
A dispensary manager is responsible for ensuring the day-to day operations of the dispensary and over-seeing the staff. These responsibilities include hiring, training and directing staff, providing excellent customer service, attention to detail and maintaining impeccable records for this highly regulated industry.*

Electrician’s Assistant
Students will gain experience in the repair, maintenance and installation of electrical systems and equipment.
Horticulture: Assistant Horticulturist
Working with plants of all kinds in various setting. Employees will plant, cultivate, and harvest vegetables, fruits, nuts, horticultural specialties, and field crops. Interact with, and provide, top-notch customer service to shoppers. Duties may include:
- Care for growing plants by watering, pruning, weeding, cultivating, fertilizing, spraying, etc.
- Setting up shelves and displays
- Use and operate tools and equipment used in horticulture
- Manage logistics of growing operations
- Maintain various inventories
- Perennial garden care and maintenance

IT Support Technician
Perform duties that maintain computer systems and networks. Computer support technicians provide help and advice to computer users and organizations.
Medical Administrative Assistant
Medical Administrative Assistant is responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure the office they are managing functions smoothly. Such as: Greet patients, answer the phone and schedule patients. Compile, process, and maintain medical records. Process insurance payments.
Medical Records and Health Information Technician
Compile, process, and maintain medical records of hospital and clinic patients in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the health care system. Process, maintain, compile, and report patient information for health requirements and standards.
Medical Secretary
Perform secretarial duties utilizing specific knowledge of medical terminology and hospital, clinic, or laboratory procedures. Duties include scheduling appointments, billing patients, and compiling and recording medical charts, reports, and correspondence.
Patient Care Technician
Students perform clinical procedures such as taking blood samples. EKGs and taking vital signs. In addition student assist patients with personal care. Students must comply to NYS Public Health requirements, including immunizations, for entry into this curriculum. A physical exam, may be required by the hospital.
Phlebotomist
To provide a safe and comfortable phlebotomy experience for patients of various age groups, by selecting and caring for an appropriate venous or capillary site and correctly labeling and handling the proper blood collection tubes for tests ordered. May perform a variety of telephone and computer-related activities regarding patient test orders, results, and report generation, separation of blood sample tests, and recordkeeping.
Quality Assurance Lab Technician (Cannabis or Dairy)
Laboratory Technicians assist the manufacturing team in the production of cannabis based medicines in a clean lab environment. Technician duties can focus on various delivery formats such as vape, cartridges, tincture bottles, tablets, soft gels and other portioned delivery forms. *

Restaurant Management
Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the workers and resources of the restaurant for the efficient, well- prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages.
RV Technician
Salon Industry Entrepreneurship
This program prepares cosmetologists, hairstylists, and other personal grooming specialists to manage beauty parlors, shops, and full-service or specialized salons and prepares for licensure as professional salon owners and operators. Includes instruction in cosmetic services marketing and retailing; advertising and promotion; salon management; the cosmetic and salon supply industries; hiring, supervision, and labor relations; applicable business and professional laws and regulations; professional standards and image; and customer service.
A student can also complete a two year AOS degree that is 62 credits. The two year program includes additional related college course-work and two additional 180 hour “Hands-On-Learning” experiences. Program is a fall start.
Tattoo Artist
Learn about procedures for tattoo technique, sanitation, sterilization, care of minor and major emergencies and/or complications, and infection control. Apply permanent ink to client’s skin in various designs or patterns requested by the client. Will be familiar with a variety of tools and techniques used to apply designs. Have the artistic ability to create designs and understand and use proper sanitizing and care of tools to prevent disease. Tattoo Artists should apply for and take a state licensing test as needed under the state regulations in which they will practice.
Teller
Receive and pay out money. Keep records of money and negotiable instruments involved in a financial institution’s various transactions.
