Health Professions

Become a Medical Professional at a Fraction of the Cost

A career in the health professions such as pharmacist, dentist or veterinarian can be an expensive goal. Tuition rates have jumped more than 5o percent in recent years. Starting your education at Fulton-Montgomery Community College means enjoying some of the lowest tuition rates available in state, while getting a solid educational foundation before continuing your education.

FM has robust transfer agreements and dual-admission programs with four-year colleges. Meanwhile, you could save up to $90,000 over the first two years with our low tuition and generous financial aid packages.

While pursuing your degree, you can get real-world on-the-job training to get your foot in the door with the companies you plan to work for.

The Health Science degree A.S. program provides a broad foundation for careers in the healthcare industry, designed to prepare graduating students for transfer to four-year institutions. In addition to pharmacy school, the H.S. degree satisfies the prerequisites for a wide range of health speciality career choices (see below.)
