In 2004, Robin was hired as FM’s Coordinator of Accessibility where she determines eligibility and arranges for services for students requesting accommodations under the ADA and Section 504. In 2008, she began teaching various Human Services courses as an adjunct instructor for the College.
Robin is very involved with community service work. She serves on the Community Service Board for Fulton County and the Mental Health Association of Fulton and Montgomery County Board. She is also a Standing Committee Member of Resource Center for Independent Living (RCIL); a member of Transitional Task Force under HFM BOCES; and a Parent Member/Advocate for Committee for Special Education and Committee for Special Preschool Education for the Duanesburg School District.
At FM, Robin is an advisor to the Student Government Association (SGA), an advisor to the A.B.L.E. Club, a co-advisor for We All Unite Club, and a co-advisor for the Dance Club. She also serves on the Safety Committee. In 2009, she was awarded with the Bill Pierce Award for Advisor Excellence.
Robin earned a B.A. in Sociology/Social Work from Siena College, a M.S. in Educational Psychology from The College of Saint Rose, and a M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from University at Albany.
