Julie started her teaching career at FM in 2005. Prior to FM, she taught at Hudson Valley Community College, Virginia Tech, and LSU. Her course offerings at FM include various levels of Algebra and Calculus and Analytic Geometry.
Julie is a member of FM’s Senate, she is Honors Committee Chair, and Outdoor Club Adventure Advisor. She belongs to the New York State Mathematics Association of Two-Year Colleges (NYSMATYC).
Julie earned a B.S. in Mathematics from LSU and a M.S. in Mathematics from Virginia Tech.
In her free time, Julie enjoys hiking, biking, and training her dogs to compete in dog agility and rally obedience.
