John Kohn, Associate Professor of Physics, began his career at FM in 1988. His love of nature brought him to SUNY Environmental Science & Forestry (ESF) where he graduated in 1973 with a B.S. in Wood Products Engineering. He continued on to earn not one, but three Masters Degrees: a M.S. in Science Education from Syracuse University, a M.A. in Liberal Studies from Dartmouth, and a M.S. in Forest Science from Yale.
John is married to his wife Lynda, a professor at SUNY Cobleskill.
