FM’s ASL Class to Participate in Comedy Show

March 7, 2013 — Keith Wann’s ASL (American Sign Language) Comedy Show will be making a stop at the Broadalbin-Perth High School Auditorium on Friday, March 22 at 7:00 p.m.

The solo comedy show entitled, “My Experience Different,” is rated a PG-13-rated humorous look at growing up as a CODA (hearing child in a deaf family) and comparing the two very different worlds. The opening act will feature FM’s ASL 1 and 2 students signing a song.

Tickets to the show, presented in ASL with a voice interpreter provided, are $15 each and may be purchased through DeafNY.org. A free ASL Legal Shield Presentation will be provided before the show from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. RSVP to this event at Keithwann@legalshield.com.
