Events

All award recipients will receive a letter regarding their award in April.  All award recipients are asked to report to room P-102 in the Physical Education Building by 6:15 p.m. on May 16th to check in.  We ask that all award recipients remain in P-102 with all others until the start of the awards ceremony.  The award recipients will enter the awards ceremony at 7pm together.

 

The doors to the Physical Education Building will open at 6:00 p.m. for family and guests to arrive.  There is no limit to the number of guests you are able to bring to the awards ceremony.
